Our Viribus fairies will process all orders within 1-2 working days of  receipt of your order.  We use the best quality packaging to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition. Your order will then be despatched through Hermes and will require a signature.

For all UK orders please allow 2-5 working days for our delivery partners.

Please allow 7 – 10 working days for orders outside of the UK.

Due to the quick turnaround we have with our orders, if you accidentally put an incorrect address on please let us know as quickly as possible. If we haven’t already despatched, we will change it for you.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery – Hermes Tracked – 2-5 working days – £4.0
• Worldwide deliveries are priced as per the destination country using Royal Mail service (price based on deliveries up to 1.2kg, please email customerlove@viribusbeauty.co.uk for a quote on heavier consignments).
• All customs charges are to be paid by the receiver.

We would hope that there would never be an issue with any of our products, but if for any reason there is please contact our Viribus care team so we can resolve any hiccups straight away for you. customerlove@viribusbeauty.co.uk

We take great care in using the best packaging to get your items to you in perfect condition, however should there be any damage please send a photo/order number within 24 hours of receipt to customerlove@viribusbeauty.co.uk  and we will resolve this for you. We will then organise for a replacement to be sent out to you.

Due to the hygiene nature of these products, I am afraid we are unable to accept returns for anything other than a hiccup at our end.
